About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

How soon should I apply?

I'm going in November, may I apply as early as now?

Also, all my money is in a monthly maturing time deposit with Adb of > 100k, is this alright?

yes, you should prepare a bank account with the daily balance of 100K or above. The best time to apply for visa is one month prior to the travel date.
