What's the taxi rate to Beijing Road from Kunming airport? Is there a specified counter for ticket

Beijing Road is quite a long road (12km). You'll have to be more specific.
For the ticket counter, you don't buy tickets for taxis. You follow the signs that lead to the taxi stand outside of the airport.
Also, if you arrive at night, taxi fares are more expensive (forgot how much).0
