Bus 936 to Mutianyu

It takes about 2.5 hours by bus 867 from Dongzhimen to Mutianyu, while it only takes about 1~1.5 hours by private car. The bus leaves from Dongzhimen Outer at 07:00 and 08:30 and comes back from Mutianyu to Dongzhimen at 14:00 and 16:00. At the first station---Dongzhimen Bus Station, it only take passengers according to the seats number.Then, it may get crowded since it also picks up passengers at the bus stops along the way. People can stand on the bus. From Dengshikou Street, you can walk to Dengshikou subway station to take subway line 5 and transfer to subway line 2 at Yonghegong Lama Temple. Then get off the subway at Dongzhimen.
