About:Visa Policy of China

Hav F-visa, 2 Entries. Can I go to HK fly in, get stamp and fly out, or need stay longer?

Canadian passport, 6 months F-visa, issued in Canada, 2X entries, exit before 3 months.

Yes, it is ok, you can go to HK and enter again on the same day to mainland China. There is no time limit for the gap between entries.
