About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Renew HK SAR passport in Vancouver.

My uncle is visiting from Hong Kong and his passport expires within 6 month. Is he able to renew his Sar passport in Vancouver and what documents are required?

yes, he can submit his application for SAR passport renewal to Chinese consulate in Vancouver, make sure go there in person with application form ID 843, a recent photo wth white background and a copy of his HK permanent ID card.
