how can i get china visa with colombian passport in brussels?

hi i am colombian in Brussels, with colombian passport. how can i get my visa and how long will it take to process (multiple entries for China as I will be going to hong kong)

If you want to apply for a China visa in Belgium, you are required to provide resident document in Belgium or the original or copy of work permit. If yes, the processing for visa application takes 4 working days. For multiple entries, return ticket and hotel reservation are required, you may also need invitation letter from China and proof that you have visited China at least two times within past year.
