Documents required for the first time applicants are different from the 2nd time applicants. BIR-Stamped income tax return form, recent 6 months bank statement and original bank receipt are required for the first time applicants. You can provide previous China visas for application this time. Please refer to page https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa-application-philippines.htm for more details.
