How can I go from jofenstar hotel in Guangzhou to this place give e two option the cost taxi and bus

Hi, do you mean Star Hoetl of Guangzhou? If so, it is near from Guangzhou East Railway Station.
So I suggest you go to Guangzhou East Railway Station to take a bullet train to Shenzhen in about one hour plus twenty minutes. You will arrive at Shenzhen Railway Station (Luohu Railway Station). After getting out of the railway station, you can take a taxi to where you want to go in about 10-15 min.
