transport from baiyun airport to starway hotel (formerly jovenstars hotel)

Question

Hi! Will be arriving end of April at Guangzhou with a friend. What is the most economical way to get to starway hotel for 2 pax? Taxi, train or bus? Im not sure if the airport shuttle bus has a stop at the hotel. If the price difference is not that huge, we are thinking of taking the taxi since we're arriving at almost midnight. Thanks!

You are suggested to take shuttle bus line 2A and get off at Holiday Inn City Center. Then walk northwest along East Huanshi Road for around 650m to your hotel. It costs around CNY19 per person. Bus line 2A operates till  01:00 of next day, Just hurry up after landing.By taxi, you may need to pay almost CNY100.
