Spanish visa for russian, who study in China

Hello, dear!
Please, would u help me?
I'm russian girl, study chinese at Xiamen University ( Fujian province).
This october i will go Spain ( tourism). I already have spanish visa (type C, multy, from 30.10.11 until 25.04.12) it was issued in Russia, Moscow. I was staying there 2 weeks ( at november of 2011).
Now i have no opportunity to go Russia to get visa and i need apply for spanish visa here.
Is it possible? If yes, where should i send my documents ( or must i submit an application in person) - Shanghai or Beijing ( or maybe Guangzhou). And where can i get a list of nesessary documents. I don't know the procedure of submitting an application here, in China. Excuse me for disturbing you, please.
Thank you so much.
Best regards.
Liliya.

Yes, you can. If you are living in Fujian province, you may need to submit your application to the consulate in Guangzhou. As far as I know, you can entrust others or an agency to handle this on your behalf. Documents required are: application form, two passport photos, valid passport, valid Z/X or residence permit, confirmation letter from your health insurance, proof of group travel/ hotel reservation/airline ticket for Spain, current bank statement, reference letter from your university. Anyway, you'd better call the consulate at 3892 7185 for further confirmation.
