I have lived in China for a long time, as far as I know, Chinese people eat almost the same things as our western people do. But they cook in a totally different way. Their cooking steps are complex and they have different kinds of flavors and cuisines in China such as Sichuan Cuisine, Cantonese Cuisine, Shanghai Cuisine and so on. Now the Sichuan Cuisine is very popular in China.
I think they are delicious.
