From Shanghai to Wuhan, I think the best way is to take the bullet trains from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to Hankou.
From Hong Kong to Wuhan, I think the best way is to take the flight. Or you can take the train T97 from Hung Hom to Wuchang, Wuhan directly. It is also convenient.
