How long did the Terracotta Army survive?

In fact, when achieve the throne at the age of 13 (in 246 BC), Qin Shi Huang had begun to work for his mausoleum. the construction of the mausoleum took about 11 years. So the Teeracotta Army has survived almost 2,500 years.
