how to employers blacklist my passport if they dont have it

how to my imployers blacklist my passport if they dont have it ,but they have my blue card and foto copy passport

You have to show your passport and visa to the immigration office when entering a country. The Immigration department has close contact with the country's oversea embassies and consualtes. Once you did something obeying to the country's rule, the immigration office will inform the corresponding oversea embassies and consualtes to make you blacklisted.
