One more question regarding Hourly Lounge

Hello again, would like to double check if we do not do transit, we just have to wait for our group of friends so we need to rest for 8hours. Is it still possible for us to access to Hourly Lounge? Or after we collect our luggage and check out the passport we do not have access for that?
