Hello ,Please check the flights  from Singapore to any cities of China , every big cities there is plane to Urumqi and then you can transfer to your final destination, for instance, one flight daily from Guangzhou and on tuesday ,friday ,sunday there is flight from Beijing .Tian yuan Hotel 4stars and Qinbagh hotel ,Seman hotel are 3stars  with nice courtyard.
