The government was weak and the eonomy was bad. This is because the rich were not paying taxes. This meant that the poor had to pay heaps of money to support the government. They got angry and rebelled, so the Han goverrment was overthrown. The Han Dynasty had lasted until 220 AD. Well the two parts of it. The East and the West part. The East dynasty lasted from 206 BC until 25 AD and then the west took over after a war and then lasted until 220 AD.
P.S (Aragorn is wrong about the Han dynasty coming to rule in 202 BC. It is 206 or maybe 205. Something like that. LOL:)

The government was corript and they were taking bribes. They were putting in weak rulers and the rich were getting out of paying taxes. So the peasants rebelled and the Han goverrment was overthrown. So the rule of the Han lasting from 206 BC to 220 AD was at an end.
