What will be the weather during October in that city? What clothing should we bring and any tips for travellers to go there? Thank you.

The weather is pretty good during October. It is cool and pleasant with a temperature of about 15~23C at that time. It may have light rain sometimes and it get cooler when rainning. Thus, you can wear long-sleeved T-shirts and jeans, better take along with a jacket and an umbrella.
