You can try to submit your application for China Z visa to embassy of China in Lithuania, but there is a possibility that you may be asked to provide Lithuania visa or residence permit which allows you stay there for next 6 months. I noticed that you will finish your study there soon, I am not sure if it is ok. Anyway, have a try first.

It is no problem to apply for a work permit with 2 years' working experience. But if your student visa of Lithuania only be valid till 30 September 2012, I am afraid that they may not accept your visa application as they required at least 6 months Lithuania visa. So, better have a try first.

Hi, Joe, Thank you for your reply. Yes, I can show my valid student visa of Lithuania till 30 September 2012. I will finish my studies in 1st week of September and after that I will apply for work visa. I already have 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing which the company was looking for. Do you think 2 years of work experience is enough to obtain work visa?

Hi Joe, Thank you for the information.
I will give it a try. Another question, I would like to ask is that: When I give my work experience certificates to chinese company, then, that chinese company also need to send my all documents to some government offices in china or not? Or the chinese company just has to accept my documents and provide me the required forms to submit in embassy or visa?

The company will use your certificate of work experience, degree and other documents to apply for the work permit/employment license for you from related government office. Besides, your employer need to handle an invitation letter for you as well. With these documents, you can apply for a Z visa.
