Well, to take a flight could be the best choice for you.
From Guanzhou, you can take a direct flight at Baiyun Airport to Shenyang first. Then you can take a train to get to your final destination at Shenyang Railway Station or Shenyang North Railway Station.
From Shanghai, you can take a flight at Pudong Airport to Shenyang first. Then you can transfer to take a train to get there.1
