We want to watch the evening show of WOW only. Do we have to pay for entrance fee as well?

How come when my mother, over 70 at the time, was charged entrance fee with a discount......but according to what I've read now, it is free for seniors over 70. So, do you mean, foreigners and residents are charged differently?
