Where do you get the Tibet travel permit? and visa?

A new policy on the Permit say that a permit can only be got under the condition that the visiting group is 5 or more people with the same nationality, leaving from the same city and arriving in Lhasa on the same day. If your group does not have 5 people of the same nationality, I'm afraid that the permit can not be applied and issued.

From Lhasa, I'm afraid you can see Mt. Everest. It is a long distance between them, and no bus can take you there directly.
