About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I HAVE CHINESE VISA mult VALID UPTO 29 AUG 12 ,I WILL ENTER IN CHINA ON 26 Aug what last date exit

for each stay you are allowed 30 days stay , so you must exit after 30 days of entry,by that time the validity of Visa is already expired(august 29 is validity, right?) you must re new if you want to come back to China

Yes, you are allowed to stay full days as your visa duration. Please check your visa first. Note that entry and exit date are counted two days.

You can stay in CHina for 30days after that you must renew your visa or exit from the country after 30 days
