How to receive a visa to Hong Kong

Dear Sir/ Lady,

I am an Iranian and have visa to China , I wish to know how can i apply to receive a visa to Hong Kong .

You can just apply for a Hk visa from the China embassy or consulate in Iran where you apply for the China visa.
