can i apply my wife hongkong id card?

hi,    me and my wife have birtish passport,and also i have hongkong id cards.can i appply my wife.is possible to get hongkong id cards to my wife thanks you

If you mean Hk Permanent Identity Card? I don't think you can, since only the following people are qualified to get such a card:1. Chinese citizen born in Hong Kong2. Chinese citizen resident in Hong Kong for not less than 7 years3. Chinese citizen born outside Hong Kong, but one of his/her parents is Chinese citizen born in Hong Kong or resident in Hk for not less than 7 years4. Non-Chinese citizen resident in Hong Kong for not less than 7 years5. Person under 21 years of age born in Hong Kong of non-Chinese citizens residing in Hong Kong for not less than 7 years6. Person with the right of abode in Hong Kong only before the establishment of the HKSAR7. Person who was a permanent residents of Hong Kong before 1 July 1997
