Just like you, I wanted such a map several weeks ago. Here is my approach. May it help.
1. Referring to the website: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/shanghai/transportation/metro-subway-map.htm
2. To enlarge the map first. Click your right mouse button, and you can see a menu. Then click "s" on your keyboard. You may find that the computer reminds you of storing the map in a certain place of your computer.
3. After storing the picture, you can go to a printing store to print it out in a proper size.
