Shangri-la to Kunming

Hi, is there a bus to do among the two places? do you know the price, the departure and arrival time ? Thank you.

There is long-distance bus from Shangri-la to Kunming, operating from 09:00 till 19:30. It costs about CNY167 and takes about 12 hours. I suggest you take flight. It is much comfortable and can save a lot of time.
