the employment license of china

Question

Hello guys,I need your help. I applied for the employment license of china last year. and they gave me licence also. But after tht when i applied for notification letter they did not issue it and said that my employer company already have more foreign employ in their company so we cannot issue more visa on same company. Now i have got another job offer from another company of china. So i went to apply for employment license they say cannot apply as they already gave me one license and i did not get the visa so u cannot apply again and i cannot get the employment visa for my whole life in china. So can any one please guide me for some way for this problem.

Hi, you may try to apply through a visa ageny in China if possible. Or ask for help from your new company.
