Mail back service for a tourist visa

I will be dropping in an application and all necessary documents at the Consulate of China in Chicago for a tourist visa and providing mail back envelope. Is it possible to use USPS mail or it needs to be FedEx only. Thank you.

Hi Anna, please check again, as I know, Chinese consulate in Chicago does not provide mail back service any more. If you can not go in person, you can try to apply through an agency, or entrust your friends to handle this on your behalf.
