About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

I lost my HKSAR passport with a canada working visa inside in Van. do I have to reapply everything?

Yes, you need to report the loss asap and apply for replacement of your passport through Chinese consulate in Vancouver. It may help if you have copies of your passport and Canadian visa.
