How can i unblock my ATM card when i'm in other Country?

I have China Construction Bank VISA card, I'm in India right now. I wont be going back to China again. I forgot my ATM PIN, and lost 2 attempts.. If i enter wrong password again in my 3rd attempt, my card will be blocked.. How can i unblock my ATM card from other country? Is there any other process to unblock?

Hi, I'm afraid you cannot unblock your ATM card in India. You even forget your password, so you have no choice but to come to China again to unblock the card.
Maybe, you can mail your ID card or some other card you used when open the account to your friend in China. And he or she can help you. Certainly, if your friend help you do it, you have to write a proxy to prove her agent action.
