Can I apply for a chinese visa in Kenya if I hold a tanzanian resident permit?

Hi Mia, I hold a Sierra Leonean National Passport and also a UN Diplomatic Passport

You'd better apply for a China visa from Chinese embassy in tanzanian if you have its resident permit. To apply for a China visa in Kenya may require the long term visa or residence permit as well.
