About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

My mother is travelling to China as a Tourist she lives in Australia but is a New Zealand Citizen

My mother has lived in Australia for more than 40 years but is a New Zealand Citizen, which visa form does she need to fill in??

Still she needs to fill China visa application form V2011A and V2011B.
