What should i prepare for my two young children clothing to Taipei on 6th Dec 2012?

I will be bring two young children to Taipei on 6th Dec 2012. A 7 days trip. Isnt that the best time to be at Taipei? Will it be a rainy period on Dec? And can i know the average temp on Dec?

Generaly, it is ok to tavel in Taipei then, but the best time for Taipei traveling is around Oct. and Nov. Anyway, the average temperature during the early Dec. is about 16 C. According to the records of the past years, it may rain frequently then. So you need prepare rainy wear for your kids, together with long-sleeved shirt and thin jacket.
By the way, to pay attention to the weather forecast in advance is suggested.
