I'm not sure where are you depart from in Hong Kong. Ayway, you can take a direct bus at Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay to Guangzhou first. Upon arrival at Guangzhou, you can go to Guangzhou Provincial Bus Station (near Guangzhou Railway Station) to take a direct bus to Yangzhuo (Guilin) and you can get to Yangzhuo in about 10 h.
