could i have the chance of having china tourist visa without presenting my ticket yet?

Hi ,I want to get chinese visa in Bern ,I want to visit china  for 3 to 4 days while having vacation in the Phils for 25 days .I decided to buy my ticket in the Phils because I want to bring with me  my 2  two sister  living in the Phils in China .Could I have the chance of having visa without presenting my ticket yet .Need your advise and thank you

First, I'm afraid you are not able to get the visa in Phlippines as an tourist there. Second, the air ticket seems necessary for the visa application, but you can have a try to apply for the visa without the ticket. Good luck!
