can i travel from taipei to xiamen without a visacan i get visa upon arrival at

i am going to Taipei in 5 days and would like to visit relatives in Xiamen, Fujian.  Can anyone please let me know what is the best to travel from Taipei to Xiamen, and how to make an entry visa in such a short time.

You need to apply for a China visa in advance. If you are in your home country now, you'd better apply from Chinese embassy or consulate where you live. Otherwise, you have to apply for a China visa in HK if you arrived at Taibei.
