can i travel from Taipei to Xiamen without a visa or can i get visa upon arrival at Xiamen?

i am going to Taipei in 5 days and would like to visit relatives in Xiamen, Fujian. Can anyone please let me know what is the best to travel from Taipei to Xiamen, and how to make an entry visa in such a short time.
