which route is better so that we would not miss our flight out of Hangzhou traveling from Huangshan?

I need your advise: which route would be better so that we won't miss our departure flight out of Hangzhou 20:00.
1. we plan on leaving Hangzhou to Huangshan Friday morning via Tunxi and just spend the afternoon going to Hongcun village and spend the night in Tunxi. Saturday morning go up the mountain and Sunday descend the Mountain after catching the sunrise. is it better to hire a taxi to take us back to hangzhou since it will take 5 hours via bus from Tangkou? if yes, how and how much?
0r option 2:
leave Hangzhou early Friday morning via tangkou, go up the mountain ( hopefully see the sunset). Saturday morning sunrise on the mountain and slowly descend and head to Hongcun village and spend the night at Tunxi; sunday morning leave for Hangzhou
I am not really familiar with the distance from one location to the next so I am not sure if my plan is doable. please advise; Thanks in advance for all your help
