Which water town do you refer to? Do you mean the Zhujiajiao Water Town? If yes, you are suggested to walk to the Puan Road at People's Square from your hotel and take the shuttle bus to go to Zhujiajiao directly, which takes about 50 minutes.
For Jade Buddha Temple, you may take the bus No. 19 for 6 stops to get to the temple.0
