About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

How to apply hksar passport

I'm leaving in Tokyo with my family , I'm holding hksar passport , & Philippine passport . I'm a single mother , born baby in Philippines , I would like to ask if my baby cant get hksar passport . And what documents need to prepared.

I think so if your baby were born in Hk, since Hk Permanent Identity Card will be required for the passport application. You may get practical help from the China Embassy in Philippines, and you can walk into their offices during their working hours to make an enquiry directly.
