I would like to know if i can apply for thailand visa here in china?

Iam a Mozambican national, on a tourist visa in China learning chinese,valid until december, december i plan to go to thailand. Im presently in wuhan, hubei. I would like to know if i can apply for thailand visa here in china. And which documents do i need?!...and wheres the closest consulate!
