i am a bristish citizen, resident in romania, can i apply for a chinese visa in budapest?

Question

I have been invided to attend a presentation in China to exhibit my companies products, i live in North west Romania, and it is easier for me to travel to Budapest than Bucharest with the application, i require a 6 month multi entry visa, that can be issued in a day.

If you have residence permit of Romania, you can apply for a visa from the China Emabssy in Bucharest. The emnassy does provide same-day service for visa application, but you have to submit your application early in the morning.
