There is China embassy in Baghdad, Iraq which is located at AL-MANSOUR HOTEL SALHIYAH, BAGHDAD. Normally, it takes 4 working days for the visa officers to process a visa. but applicants are advised to apply for the visa about one month in advance in case any unexpected problems.
