Actually, I have a single status certificate.
I just need to know where can I get a Form of the Statement in Lieu of Certificate of Non-Impediment? In order to go to China to get married.

You can get it from the local foreign affairs office or the City Clerk's Office. I'm afraid you also have to have it notarized by your local Notary Public and then have it authencitated by the local China embassy or consulate as well.

You are resident there, you should know where the Foreign affair office and the Ciry clerk's office is located. As for the the China Emabssy or consulate, you can just choose the correct one according to the consular division on this page: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/canada.htm
