From Three georges to Lugu Lake?

hi,
Can anybody help me how to get from 3 georges to Lugu Lake or from Lugu Lake to 3 georges?

The flight is suggested.
You need to go to Kunming first. The train from Yichang to Kunming will take you more than one day on the way, so the plane is much better. After you arrive in Kunming, you can find many buses for Lijiang. Upon arrival, you can take the direct bus for Lugu Lake.
