At the end of December I went to Lijiang. My plan is to go to Lugu Lake and then to Chengdu.

You can take the bus at Lijiang Bus Station to Luguhu and the buses are available before about 11:00. From Lugu Lake to Chengdu, you can first take the bus to Xichang and then take the train to Chengdu. The bus from Lugu Lake to Xichang departs before 11:00 and the duration is about 6.5 - 7 hours. Then you can take the train after 19:00 from Xichang to Chengdu,you can get to Chengdu in the next morning.
