There is no direct bus from Shekou ferry port to Panyu. You can take a taxi from the ferry terminal to Nanshan Bus Station and then take bus there to Guangzhou Tianhe Bus Station. Upon arrival at Tianhe Station, you can take subway line 3 to Panyu.0
