Dear sir, How much it Cost by taxi from pudong int,l airport to salvo hotel near the bund

It is about 150 RMB.
I do not think the taxi is the best way. You can take the subway line 2 to reach the East Nanjing Road Station and then take a cab to reach your hotel. This is much cheaper and convenient.
