winter hiking in mt. huangshan

Question

Is it feasible to go hiking in Mt. Huangshan on December? Are there other tourists hiking the mountain during winter? we are still looking at the probability of going up the mountain with other groups of tourist or do we need to hire an english guide who can accompany us to the mountain. what can you suggest?thanks rita.

It is the winter time in December in Huangshan. Many tourists recommend the winter landscapes of Mt. Huangshan as the most spectacular. It is chilly during that time. You can also go there at that time,  but remember to bring warm clothes, preferably fleece or down. It is always wise to check the weather report the day before.
