About:China Visa on Arrival

Can I apply for VOA at Shanghai Pudong airport, Shanghai?

Hello,

I hold Indonesian paspor but currently resides in Austria. In September, I have a conference in Shanghai for 6 nights. In this case, can I apply for VOA at Shanghai Pudong airport? Or what is the suitable visa

You are not able to get an on-arrival visa at Pudong airport unless you are invited at the last moment by a Chinese host. You should apply for a China business visa.
